It has been an iffy morning,I managed a little stroll and had a chat with a few friends. I snapped a couple of shots of the starlings at breakfast before I went. The first is them at their normal squabbling selves,the second shows their wonderful gold and silver marking. Click photos to enlarge




Since then the weather has turned,the rain has returned after a few really hot sunny days so I will be cabined up for the day I think. I will watch a little sport and maybe do some baking.
My toes have improved greatly and I hope to walk over to the mainland tomorrow for some shopping.
Other than that the news is sparse. I am enjoying settling in here,I have the site mastered and also met a couple of new friends which is always good. Off to debate what to bake,catch you later.
