A call from mother to say her kitchen window would not close properly sent me scurrying back this morning with a few tools. I walked along the channel-side because it is such a lovely day.
I sorted the job pretty quickly,a bracket had loosened and was catching. I stayed a little while and had a chat before heading back.
I was intending to wander around Iceland today but had to put my order in on line so I needed to be back by one. I wandered home only to run into trouble halfway along the channel-side. My back which has been behaving perfectly of late decided to start up. I had to rest a couple of times on the way to the bridge approach where I waiting for a bus to bring me the last half mile home. Half an our on the massage chair eased my back but has put a stop to anymore work in the garden for now. Still no complains I had a good pain free couple of weeks.
Ellen is back from her camping trip today so no doubt she will have tales of daring do to relate. I am glad I have brandy to hand I might need it. I'll catch up soon

Sorry to hear you got a pain in your back.
Yes, as Jenny suggests, one day work and one or two just taking it easy.
Keep fit.
