A mixture of sunshine, hail and rain again here today, not a day for a stroll so I am cabined up. At least I managed a trip to town yesterday for pipe fodder and a trip to the butchers. I spied something in there I hadn't had in many a year,Barnsley chops. They are a sort of double lamb loin chop, larger than the normal loin and very tasty,we have just polished a couple off for dinner.
More colour in the tubs, this is just one of around 15 Croci popping through.
There is a choice of plurals for Crocus, Croci or Crocuses in case you think I got it wrong They should make a good show in a little while. The tubs are proving a success at this early stage so I am hopeful of plenty of colour as the year goes on.

Yes, with that weather mixture indoors is best.
Keep warm.
I remember those chops, sounds good.
