Seems to be christmas time there...a lovely combination of light and colors!!!
Thank you so much, of course you are right, it is Christmas, and a German themed market as well. You are also right about the wheel turning, but what puzzled me for a while is why the spokes (which are straight in real life) have come out curved. (No not been Photoshopped!)
