Yes it is an unhappy wall! The news tells there is a serious flooding at that area! So it sounds, to take everything under the control will take long time.

I watched a video on Youtube captured as it happened, which was shot by canal boat people.
What a frightening time that must have been, HWW!

Early morning and folk were asleep when boats started tipping only held by mooring ropes, it must have been quite frightening!

Yes Roger, certainly!!
Imagine you are sleeping peacefully, and your bed tips you out on the floor with no warning!
But seriously, most boats seemed to rest more or less horizontal, so I don't think anyone got really hurt.

Ahhhh, perhaps the dog acts like an innocent observer just to distract from the fact that he/she/it actually was (slightly?) involved in making those walls collapse ;-)
