Sven advertises bread

Speed skating is a sport that Holland is reasonably good at. There seems to be an endless supply of (usually Frisian) young men that become world champion. The latest champion is Sven Kramer. His handsome features and the fact that speed skaters wear skin-tight suits have made him quite a heartthrob.
Here you see him advertising the eating of bread. Bread consumption has come down, in favour of modern liquid breakfasts. As bread contains iodine, this has lead to iodine deficiency in many people. They haven't turned into cretins just yet, but that might happen if people don't listen to Sven.
