like blood
smelly
on the carpet that absorbs it
liquid stain
then solid
odorless now
amoeba-shaped
that mites engulf
they eat words
syllables and letters
are lost too
the lanced poem
remains a scar

secreção avermelhada
como sangue
fedorenta
no tapete que a absorve
líquida nódoa
depois sólida
inodora agora
em forma de amiba

perdem-se as sílabas
e as letras também
o poema lancetado
reduz-se à cicatriz
