Hugo Wstinc was a Dutch lawyer.
Hugo Wstinc comes from a prominent Utrecht family. After his studies he joined the priory of the Utrecht Dominicans, from 1329 he was an official of the Utrecht bishop. He is elected as notary of the city of Utrecht and rector of the parish church Lopik.
In 1337 Wstinc was appointed canon of Utrecht Cathedral. He is a regular mediator in disputes between Utrecht and the chapters.
At the beginning of the 20th century, the fountain with a bronze statue of Wstinc was erected in the courtyard of the cathedral.
