Im Nachhinein ärgere ich mich, nicht noch hochgefahren zu sein. Sind ja bereits in Sichtweite am Stadion und 200km Anfahrt hatten wir ja bereits.

Ja. Das ist in der Kuppel des Hauptturms.
Geschätzt 6-8m hoch. Ich denke, der Künstler hat ein Gerüst gebaut.
Es gibt einen Vertrag zwischen Pächter und einer Gruppe von Street-Artisten, die legal dort agieren.
