Old blacksmith's shop in the Black Forest 30

Oberprechtal is a district of Elzach, a town in the Black Forest in the Emmendingen district of Baden-Württemberg, about 26 kilometers northeast of Freiburg im Breisgau.
A forge was built here in 1828 and was in operation until 1986.
The existing machines are powered by water power via a mill wheel.
Today the forge is run as a museum by the "Förderverein Hammerschmiede Oberprechtal e. V.".
The photos were taken on "Open Day", September 8, 2024.
