The Dancers ..
Turn of the Century ..
by Seward Johnson, sculptor ..
Inspired by Renoir's "Dance at Bougival" ..
Larger than life sculpture ..
Has been on loan for three years ..
Today, May 28, 2014 ..
We thank Mr. Seward Johnson for his art ..
May it bring as much joy to others ..
As it has to this area of North Carolina ..

These are WONDERFUL !
Peggy C club has replied to Pam J club.. camera on the seat - but I just enjoyed the talent of Seward Johnson so much
.. we had some in Florida -- my husband sat on a bench with one sculpture (who was 'reading a newspaper'); had his photo made with him!
