Mr Finch ..

Wonderful! We don't get this beautiful finch in Europe and although I've heard of dogwood. I can't place it. The leaves look that of apple, is it closely related?

See you have all the answers needed .... Dogwood Trees are planted in yards, yet also grow wild along Highways -- those are usually just the white ones.
We are fortunate to have not only white, but pink and red ones.
