Ja; da war später ein Möbelgeschäft drin und nun sind nur noch heruntergelassene Rolläden zu sehen. Moin, Lothar ! Schönen Donnerstag.

Gibt es dort Wurst und Marmelade oder Marmelade aus Wurst, oder.... ;-))
Was Du so Alles siehst und aufgabelst... Klasse...

Mhhh ! Ich hab das so verstanden, dass der Herr Metzger 'Bourret' hieß !? Moin, Udo ! Nur noch -7 heut morgen ! Fast schon Badehosenwetter !

I love these old textures, I tried to read what is above in the redish band but could not, guess Mr Bourret does not produce sausages any longer...

You're right ! He gave up I think years ago ! And I also don't know what is written on the band above ! Not on this picture and not in reality !

Schön, solche alten direkt auf die Wand gemalten Schriftzüge finde ich klasse. Den Text im Roten Kann ich auch nicht entziffern;-)

Leider findet man die immer seltener. Bin immer ganz glücklich, wenn ich sowas entdecke.

Old signs can be so fascinating - as this is.

Great find, Ulrich !!! Those were the good (or not good) old days in France. Sometimes I wonder if they leave this souvenirs of the past on purpose as they give a special touch to the city !!! They are becoming less numerous, business is always there to make new buildings, but these signs of the past are also very attractive and appreciated now !!!

But I love such old advertissements !
Roland taught you something interesting ... which maybe you don't know: "bourré" = "betrunken". This word is often used here instead of "saoûl" but it is a slang one.
