Liège
Palais des Princes-Evêques (Palace of the Prince-Bishops) on Place Saint Lambert, with a big chunk of stone functioning as a fountain. From what I can gather, this stone is a remnant of the former Cathédrale Notre-Dame-et-Saint-Lambert (Cathedral of Saint Lambert) which was destroyed in 1794 under the French regime as a political act.
