    All my friends and family here on IP. Over the past few weeks a lot has been found out about this illness in the way it is much older and further advanced than first thought. Night pain has become unbearably hard to endure with the cancer having spread to the liver. I have decided if palliative care is offered I will take it.     Amazing place , incredible team 9 hours of surgery and 2days asleep , will keep you posted when more settled. Update. Unexpected complications meant my heart had to be moved to complete the surgery. It's back in place now but is protesting and pretty strong pain relief is leaving me confused and delirious. Pretty good for photography but dangerous to find out where the delusions take you. When my eyes are open i am in the real world, close your eyes and immediately transported som…
