I'm affraid not Roger.
Each one of them belongs to one fisherman.
They have very small outboard engines ( 4 to 8 HP ) and are used for hand lines Hook and Sinker only so they are allowed to use the coastal waters. That is why the daily fish sold in their market is extremelly fresh and tasty.
But the revenue . . .
