The typical, magenta form of the Common Grass-pink orchids are about at peak bloom in my front yard bog garden in Greenville, South Carolina. They seem to be comfortable with their placement among the native Pitcher Plants that have been growing there for many years. Their color really brightens up the bog garden now that the Pitcher Plants are through blooming. In a few weeks, the white form of the Common Grass-pink orchids should be coming into bloom...
