He Misses!

2006 Midwest League Most Valuable Player Jeff Baisley swings and misses at a Sendy Vasquez offering in the fifth inning of Game 3 of the Midwest League Championship Series. The series pits the West Michigan Whitecaps (Detroit farm) against Baisley's Kane County Cougars (Oakland). The Whitecaps won this game to take a 2-1 lead in the best of five series; they will play again tomorrow at Fifth Third Ballpark in Comstock Park.

I've been ill for the past week, so I missed the first two playoff rounds. Good to be back at the yard, even if only for a couple-three days....
