you're probably here because you like to use manual focus lenses for your photography and wish to share your enthusiasm with others, and indeed share the images taken with your manual lenses.
With so many modern digital cameras being able to use old lenses they are gaining a strong following from photographers who want full control of their vision, and appreciate the subtle differences that various lenses can make to the final image. Using a manual focus lens puts you, the photographer, right at the heart of the image. That's what I like so much about these old classic lenses, they engage me, connect me to the image in a way autofocus just doesn't seem to do.
I hope you post many images taken with manual lenses, pictures of the lenses and cameras as well. Discussions, praise and criticism of the lenses is welcome, but please keep it civil.
