Spring's Coming!

I considered giving you a color version of last March 15th's photo, but am going instead with this. That table really looks better in color, regardless of camera or angle.
As you'll perhaps recall, last March was remarkably warm. I'd put the porch furniture out the day before, and couldn't resist some photographs. With my new camera.
==========
My Nikon 1 V1 arrived a year ago today and my daily-photo-project-intended photos, with the sole exception of the pic I posted to 366 Snaps, were of the new camera and its packaging. That I went with the sole exception is a clue about the quality of those pics. I was, perhaps, a bit distracted.
Most of the rest of the day was spent experimenting with the V1. This photo of my porch chair was one of those experiments.
==========
This photograph is an outtake (well, not really) from my 2012 photo-a-day project, 366 Snaps.
Number of project photos taken: 24
Title of "roll:" New Nikon 1
Other photos taken on 3/15/2012: Quite a few, considering. I took 9 pix of the two Nikons, side by side, using the Cybershot. I shot eighteen pix of the cats and the crocuses, using the V1--then 52 more shots around the yard and the neighborhood. A small sampling.
